These terms apply to websites and related services provided by Omesia Studio, a service of Omesia LLC (“we”, “us”). The proposal or invoice for your project, if any, adds the specific scope and price. If it conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.
Before you pay, you can review a live demo or a free homepage preview. Previews stay on our servers, and the design and code remain ours until you pay for them. One free preview is offered per business.
Published prices are starting prices in US dollars. The final price is agreed before work starts. You pay 50% after approving the preview, and the remaining 50% before the website goes live on your domain. Once work on the full website begins, the first payment covers work already done and is not refundable.
Delivery times start once we have received your payment and your content (text, logo, photos and any logins we need). Delays in sending content or feedback move the delivery date.
Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds (2 for Starter, 3 for Business and Growth; custom projects as agreed). A round is one consolidated list of changes. Extra changes or new features are quoted before we do them.
You confirm that you have the right to use the text, images, logos and other material you send us, and you are responsible for the accuracy of your business information.
Your domain and hosting are bought in your name and paid by you. After full payment, you own your website content and the customized website we deliver, and you receive admin access.
Demo designs can be sold to more than one business. Each client receives their own customized copy. Exclusive rights to a design cost $300 extra; we then stop offering that design to others. Third-party parts such as WordPress plugins, themes, fonts and stock photos are provided under their own licenses and are transferred only where those licenses allow.
Each website includes 6 months of Care Plan from launch. After that, the Care Plan costs $29 per month if you choose to continue, and you can cancel anytime. It covers updates, backups, monitoring and up to 30 minutes of small edits per month; unused minutes do not roll over.
We build websites with good practices for speed, mobile use and basic SEO, but we cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads or sales.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for problems caused by your hosting provider, third-party plugins or services, or changes made by others.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
